BATH TUB GIN (43.3%)



An extraordinary Gin, produced by the enigmatic Professor Cornelius Ampleforth. Made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding (or in layman’s terms – infusing). We believe this is the only small batch cold compound premium gin still made. The botanicals used are Juniper, Orange Peel, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom.
This gin has a flavour which is bold & perfumed all at once.

Ideally served with Lime.




Along with traditional gin botanicals, Bedrock is also distilled with kiln-dried oak bark, sourced from the Lake District. The addition of the oak bark helps to produce Bedrock's distinctive smooth and mellow finish.

This alongside the spring water from Ennerdale in the western Lake District, which is distinctive by virtue of its unique combination of pH and trace minerals: together with the botanicals, this gives Bedrock a very fresh citrus characteristic.

Ideally served with Lime.

BLOOM GIN (40%)   



 This Gin delivers a totally unique taste; floral notes start with hints of sun-warmed Honeysuckle & delicate Chamomile. The uplifting citrus taste of Pomelo and a touch of earthiness complete the taste in fact it is so sweet, smooth & different, you may wonder if you’re drinking gin at all.

Beautiful in the summer with fresh British Strawberries.




Truly unique. Created using the Vapour Infusion process, the 10 botanicals used in this gin are held in separate       perforated copper baskets. When the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are then released.  
The botanicals used are Juniper, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Cubeb Berries, Orris Root, Almonds, Cassia Bark, Liquorice & Angelica. The result is a complex, aromatic gin that delivers a broad, balanced flavour.

Ideally served with Orange.





Is distilled in Penderyn, Wales, using Juniper, Orange Peel, Cassia Bark, Liquorice Root, Cinnamon Bark, Angelica Root, Nutmeg, Coriander Seeds, Lemon Peel & Orris Root. The characteristic flavours go well with tonic, ice and lemon.




This is made with Bulgarian Coriander, Blueberries and Blackberries as well as Bittersweet Valencia Orange Peels. The unique infusion of these exquisite botanicals creates an intensely smooth gin with a distinctively original taste like no other. Great served over ice & refreshingly different with Tonic or Ginger Ale.

Garnish Pink Grapefruit

CAORUUN (Ka-roon) (41.8%)



A small batch, quadruple-distilled Scottish Gin, made using only the finest pure grain spirit, natural Scottish Water and 11 botanical gin ingredients. Alongside the traditional    botanicals this gin also contains Rowan Berries, Bog Myrtle, Heather, Coul Blush Apples & Dandelion Leaf, This gin has a taste of wild sophistication, is beautifully versatile and has a dry, crisp, aromatic taste and a long dry finish.

Ideally served with Apple.




Made with Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including Bay Leaf, Grapefruit, Lime, Black Pepper, Cardamom Seed and Cotswolds Lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water.

In our opinion an exceptional gin & one of our favourites.

Garnish with Pink Grapefruit.




Distilled in Edinburgh & made with 10 carefully selected botanicals of berries, seeds, peels & roots. Principal botanicals are Juniper, Cinnamon & Nutmeg which best present a warming combination of spiced botanicals.

This gin works well with Tonic but with Ginger Ale it becomes something special.

Ideally served with Orange




Tangy spring crop Rhubarb macerated with Oriental Ginger and Lemon Zest is infused into their gin to create a nostalgia-inducing rose-hued tipple, It captures a fine balance between the intense rush of Ginger spice and the evocative, almost nostalgic sweetness of Rhubarb, as well as some classic Juniper hints deeper within.

This makes a fantastic Rhubarb Rumble Cocktail

GILPIN’S GIN (47%)  



This Westmoreland extra dry gin is five times distilled & is handcrafted in small batches.  They infuse their mix of Botanicals including Juniper, Sage and English

Borage and 3 Citrus Peels, with spring water from Cartmel in the Lake District. This gin has a sophisticated, unique and extra dry taste.

This is in our opinion an exceptional Gin.

Ideally served with Lemon.




Hendrick's Gin is a brand of gin produced by William Grant & Sons in Girvan, Scotland, and launched in 1999. In addition to the traditional Juniper infusion, Hendrick's uses Bulgarian Rose and Cucumber to add flavour, This makes for a unique, tasty and incredibly refreshing Gin.

Ideally served with a Slice of Cucumber.





Distilled in the heart of London using traditional methods by an 11th generation master distiller.

A complex spirit the gin with twelve botanicals which include soft Juniper & Coriander with a high presence of Citrus botanicals including Grapefruit Peel,

balanced by Angelica Root and Cassia.  This gin is bespoke, smooth and full-bodied;  and was named after PaulRaymond the original “King of Soho”.

Ideally served with Lemon or Lime.
